Group Tickets

Save time and money and give your group an unforgettable experience. From the perennial favorite Magic of Christmas to Classical masterworks to Broadway showstoppers, the Portland Symphony is a wonderful way to entertain colleagues, friends, clients, and family.

Groups of 10 or more that buy tickets to Portland Symphony events can save up to 40% off regular ticket prices. Groups also have the unique benefit of being able to put down a deposit and reserve a block of tickets. This gives group leaders time and opportunity to advertise the concert to group members, sign up attendees and collect payment while avoiding the possibility of purchasing tickets that won’t be used. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time the reservation is made. Final counts and full payment must be received four weeks prior to the performance, or at the time the order is placed if within four weeks of the performance. Group orders are subject to a one-time handling fee.

After final payment has been made, tickets will be mailed at no additional charge or held at the Merrill Auditorium box office. There are no refunds or exchanges.

Ready to reserve your group? Fill out the form below or contact the PortTIX Group Sales Manager Jennifer Whitley at (207) 842-0800 ext. 231
