Discovery Concerts

Listen, laugh & learn at these family-friendly events.

AGES 4-12

The opportunity to experience a live symphony is so special to our family. One son just started trumpet – a DIRECT result of the petting zoo. My other son has a few years before school band begins, but he’s already decided on the French horn! – Jen Segal, Parent

Treat your family to an unforgettable afternoon out with classical concerts conducted for children of all ages. These 50-minute performances are designed to inspire kids’ curiosity with an additional hour of pre-concert opportunities to connect with the stars on the stage. Peewee performers can shine as they are guided through conducting a live-orchestra performance as the PSO’s latest Podium Hero. For only $10 a ticket, it’s the fun, affordable way to spark your kids’ lifelong interest in the magic of live symphony music.

These performances are designed for families with children ages 4-12, but are enjoyable for all.
