Running time for this concert is approximately 50 minutes with no intermission.

Join your PSO and guest conductor Erin Freeman for a concert celebrating female friendship that is so joyful it would make Leslie Knope proud.

Keeping You Safe at Concerts: For your PSO Summer Concert Series, masking is RECOMMENDED while in the venue and REQUIRED in the restrooms and on the parking trolleys. We will NOT be requiring proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test to attend the Summer Concert Series.   

Please note, masking requirements for the parking trolleys and restrooms are based on the current Federal CDC community levels. Masking will be REQUIRED if York County is classified as HIGH or MEDIUM transmission on the day of the concert. Masking in the parking trolleys and restrooms will be RECOMMENDED if York County is classified as LOW transmission on the day of the concert.

DESIGNED FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN AGES 4-12, BUT ENJOYABLE FOR ALL!

  • Parking: There is NO on-site parking (excluding handicap parking) for our Summer Concert Series at Seaside Pavilion. Please park at the Old Orchard Beach High School parking lot located at 40 Emerson Cummings Blvd, Old Orchard Beach, ME 04064. Watch for Pavilion Parking signs as you approach the area. Parking staff will be available to assist you. Free trolley service is provided to transport you from the Old Orchard Beach High School parking lot to the Pavilion and back to the parking lot for each event. Masking is REQUIRED on the trolleys. Limited Handicap parking is available on-site. Please note, due to the parking being off-site, we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the concert to ensure timely transport to the venue. Parking for this concert will begin at 1:00 PM.
  • What about snacks and beverages?: Per Seaside Pavilion, no food or beverages are allowed in the venue. There will be water bottles provided upon request. 
  • What about pictures and video?: Unfortunately, taking video of the PSO musicians is strictly prohibited but photography is allowed and encouraged!

Bring your class to a youth concert

Coming in 2025… The Portland Symphony Orchestra partners with Carnegie Hall to present Link Up: The Orchestra Sings! Link Up is a fully participatory, school-day concert program. Students will fill Merrill Auditorium to sing, play recorders, move, and listen along with the symphony from their seats. This program is designed for students in grades 3-5 but all are welcome and encouraged to participate!
