Youth Concert Registration Form
Please complete this form to reserve your seats for the 2026 Portland Symphony Youth Concert at Merrill Auditorium. The PSO will reach out to confirm your final count and send an invoice for final payment. Tickets are $5 per person, students, teachers, and chaperones. It is important that this form reflects your most accurate seat count.
