Artists, programs, and dates are subject to change.
There are few more powerful experiences in music than Carmina Burana. From its dramatic opening of “O! Fortuna,” Orff sets the stage for a dramatic and captivating work full of robust vocals and hypnotic rhythm.
Serving as a counterpoint are two works featuring the Silver-Garburg Piano Duo, including a world premiere commission of Prokofiev’s unfinished Concerto No. 6 for Two Pianos and Strings, arranged by Conrad Pope.
